Teralys was founded in 2009 by Jacques Bernier and Éric Legault who respectively led the investment activities of the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Today, Teralys is led by 6 partners and includes a team of 12 investment professionals who focus exclusively on innovation and technology investments, with operational expertise covering the entire venture capital financing chain, plus an institutional-grade team of 11 dedicated operations specialists.
